Latest finds...

Lately I've been so busy that I couldn't do daily outfit pictures, and then I got hit with a fever and sore throat! So this week has unfortunately been unproductive for blogging. But as I'm quickly recovering, I figured I'd show you all what I've purchased these past couple weeks... and reviews will be up ASAP!

First up are these classic high heeled boots from Ann Taylor. The original price is super expensive at almost $350, but during AT's 40% off sale (as well as the extra 30% off code fellow bloggers have been circulating), I was able to get these all-leather boots for a little under $150!

For this winter season, I wanted a pair of mature-looking fleece boots at a good price. I have had cheap winter boots similar to Uggs, but I just found they aren't as sophisticated and have those cheap foam soles. These boots from Land's End are exactly what I was looking for, and at a good price too! Original price was $90, and I got them on sale (as well as with a promo) for about $50.

For the last of the shoes, I just ordered these Vera by Vera Wang flats from Kohl's. I wanted an elegant, neutral colored pair of flats that I can wear to work with pants and minis, and it had to be good quality. I think these will be a winner.

As for clothes, I bought these two lace shells from Banana Republic. A lot of petite bloggers have reviewed these lace shells from the BR Mad Men collection, and I have been dying to get one (or two, actually) for myself. These shells were about $60 a piece original price, but I was able to get them for about $18 a piece with their sale and a promo code.

I had also bought quite a few pieces from the classifieds sale at Land's End Canvas, but since the pieces are now unavailable online there would be no point in doing a formal review.
