Casual and Preppy for Under $30
Forever 21 never fails me. The top and shorts in this outfit run for just a little over $25, and is super classic and preppy! I love pairing yellow with dark denim and navy blue for a classic feel. For once, this was an outfit my dad even noticed (he never notices anything fashion-related, haha!) and he loved it!
