First, a big thanks to Megan for featuring me this month. If you aren't a follower of hers yet, you should be. She's adorable and always delivers high-quality content.
Now, a little about me and my blog, Sarah's Real Life. Not surprisingly, my name is Sarah. I'm 27 (almost), I live in Indianapolis, and I'm a law student (one year down, two to go). Clothes have always kind of been my thing - along with dancing and being smart - and after following various personal style blogs for a while, I decided to start my own just a couple months ago.
My goal was to keep the blog a 100% true documentation of my daily life - with a focus on what I'm wearing, of course. Every outfit you see is something I actually wore, whether it was to work, to the movies, or to a friend's wedding. Unlike some bloggers, I don't make up outfits for the sake of a blog post. If you peruse my posts, you'll see everything from suits to sundresses! I don't label myself as any certain style because my tastes are always changing.
I also don't label myself as a "budget fashionista" per se, although as a student I am obviously on a budget! Sarah's Real Life is not so much about shopping as it is about styling: experimenting with trends, mixing them with pieces already in my wardrobe, and trying to dress creatively every day, no matter what I'm doing.
And one more thing: In real life, I have a dry and sarcastic sense of humor, so it's only natural for me to let them come through in my blog :). I hope you'll all stop by Sarah's Real Life for a good laugh (hopefully at what I'm saying and not at what I'm wearing), and maybe some style inspiration.
