A Quick Road Trip

What do you wear when you're sight-seeing and doing a lot of walking, but still want to look somewhat chic? This is a question I've asked/researched many times, but nothing came to me. Since starting Long Live Classy, however, I feel as if I'm able to put outfits together more easily and more quickly than before, regardless of occasion. Ah, one of the amazing advantages to fashion blogging! :)

I wore this outfit on a quick road trip to visit a friend from out of town. Have you ever heard of the historical mining town Bisbee, Arizona? How about Tombstone? Well, I live about 30 minutes away from both, so visiting is nothing special. Just thought you'd like to know that these pics were taken in a new location for once-- Bisbee, AZ!

  1. You can't go wrong with classic stripes! My boyfriend took me to Bisbee last year for a weekend for my birthday/Halloween and it was a blast - we stopped in Tombstone on the way back to Tucson and walked around a little bit. Although I can imagine once you've done those places a couple times they probably lose their thrill. Love your soft, natural makeup!

  2. Very cute! I love the navy with the bright red purse! As you know, I got a pair of Sperry's specifically for a trip where I will be doing a lot of walking. And I bought a cross body bag for that same trip, too. :) So I would definitely agree with your outfit...tee, jeans, comfy shoes and a cross-body bag! :)

    And I love the necklace you borrowed for your grandma!
