They're super easy to apply and require no drying time, but the process is a bit longer than simply painting your nails. However, you do end up with salon quality results.

The only thing I really disliked was that it chipped uncontrollably the next day. The "polish" hardened nicely, but the littlest nicks to your nails would result in a chip. I didn't apply topcoat (because I assumed I didn't need to) and I think that could have prevented the problem.
Another disadvantage is the price-- almost $9 per box. I'm not too sure if I'd repurchase again, (considering it wasn't a lasting manicure) but I do love the wide range of colors and designs available, as well as how neat the stripes applied!
Have you tried these and had the same problem?
Wow, this looks SO cool! Too bad it didn't last long...Thanks for the review, though. I don't think I've ruled it out...might try it sometime!

i've been curious as to how those are. thanks for sharing your opinions!
ReplyDeleteI had the same problem. A lot of time and effort for a mani that can't last 24 hours.
ReplyDeleteI haven't tried it yet (you know me - nail biter) but it looks amazing! Disappointing that it doesn't last longer. I wonder if you could put a coat of clear gel nail polish on top and if that would protect it.
ReplyDeletei tried those as well, and didn't find that it lasted much either. thanks for the review though!! xox P

I saw this at the drugstore the other day. You did a great job applying it! I was worried how hard it would be.
