Here's a quick outfit post with another easy Fall transition outfit-- A maxi skirt, tee shirt, denim jacket, and a statement necklace (What doesn't this bubble necklace match with?!)
I have a feeling this denim jacket will prove to be very useful this season...

Skirt: Marshalls (similar)
Tee: H&M
Jacket: Old Navy (This season's here)
Sandals: Steve Madden
Belt: From a different pair of shorts
Necklace: eBay
I am almost tempted to buy more maxi skirts and bubble necklaces for the Fall. It doesn't get really cold here in AZ until late October and into November even, so maxi skirts are perfect for the transition weather (It's like wearing a chic blanket!) And I am so in love with this bubble necklace, that I may get one in a more Fall-appropriate color. Actually, I think I will.
Enjoy your almost-weekend. :)
love this outfit, megan!! denim jackets are my favorite!
ReplyDeleteYour photos look great as always! No worries. Great outfit too. So is it actually getting cool where you live? I thought it was just hot all the time!

I love the transition of the maxi to fall :-) Looks great with the jacket too!
ReplyDeleteLove this look!! I, like Molly, thoroughly enjoy a denim jacket, especially with a maxi skirt! I'm also with you on the prolonged summer - here in Atlanta we'll start seeing the cooler temps at the same time you will! I think it works really well for us cause stores put all their summer stuff on clearance, and we can pick it up for cheap and still get a few month's wear out of it before it's too cold!! :D

Love it! Here in Miami we don't get what we refer to as chilly weather until late October, November too. And it comes in waves. Maxi skirts are a really good idea for our kind of weather.
ReplyDeleteLove the outfit, it looks very comfortable :) Here in KY it does get pretty cold, which can be a good and bad thing. The only thing that bothers me is snow and ice on the road :(. Have a great weekend !

This is such a cute and casual outfit. Perfect for the weekend. Your photos are always gorgeous, and these are no exception.
ReplyDeleteOn another note, have I ever told you how much I love your hair?! It's so shiny and healthy looking. I'm feeling pretty envious over here :)
Have a fab weekend!
Great transition outfit! I'm stealing it :)
