Fall Weekends + Old Favorites

I'm undecided as to whether I like this skirt or not. It's too short when pulled up to my waist (where I prefer it), but then too uncomfortably low on my waist if I pull it down. Sigh. The mustard color is so lovely though.

One of the reasons I love Fall is the casual weekend wear. You just can't wear jeans and boots and a cozy sweater to work, so wearing something like that is such a treat. It's also a time where you pull out your cold weather clothing from the depths of your closet. It's almost like discovering a whole new wardrobe!

This corduroy jacket from Gap is one of my all-time favorites. I bought it 50% off at Las Vegas Fashion Square in 2008 and only wore it a handful of times throughout high school (apparently only hoodies were the acceptable jacket to wear back then). Four years later, I know its going to get tons of wear, along with my trusty denim jacket. :)
